Terms of Service

1. About LiqSonar

LiqSonar (“we”, “us”) provides market data, analytics and alerts for crypto derivatives through the website, the Telegram bot @liqsonarbot and the API (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

Everything the Service shows — signals, verdicts, liquidation maps, pump alerts, AI analyses, statistics and any other content — is general market information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

All analytics are produced automatically from third-party exchange data. They can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. Past results, including those on the statistics page, do not guarantee future results.

Trading crypto derivatives carries a high risk of losing all of your capital. You make your own trading decisions and you alone are responsible for them.

3. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services like this one under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with those laws.

4. Accounts

Give a valid email address, keep your password and API keys secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account or keys.

The free Pro trial is limited to one per person. We may cancel trials and accounts created to get around this limit.

5. Plans and payment

The Service has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is paid in advance for a month or a year in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments or Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot). There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged unless you pay a new invoice.

Current prices are listed on the pricing page. We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Blockchain network fees are paid by you.

Referral program: when someone who first opened the bot or signed in through your invite link pays for Pro, 30 days of Pro are added to your plan. Trials, your own accounts and people who already used the Service do not count. Rewards have no cash value, and we may cancel rewards obtained through fake or duplicate accounts.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Every new account gets a free 3-day Pro trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. For this reason payments are final and not refundable, including for unused parts of a period, except where the law requires otherwise.

Pro is a digital service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. By paying you ask us to start it immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once Pro is activated.

If you paid and Pro was not activated because of a fault on our side, write to support@liqsonar.com — we will activate it or refund the payment.

7. Acceptable use

Do not resell or publicly redistribute data from the Service or the API without our written permission, do not share API keys, do not exceed or bypass rate limits (the API allows 60 requests per minute), do not scrape the website, and do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

8. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It depends on exchanges and other third parties, so data gaps and outages can happen. We may change, add or remove features.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We announce material changes on the website or in the bot; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
